INSERT COIN SAGL is a company registered with the Commercial Register of Canton of Ticino, in Switzerland (CHE-187.955.806), with registered office in the municipality of Manno. The contractual relationship between the user (you) and the company INSERT COIN SAGL includes:
INSERT COIN SAGL makes available to the user INSET-COIN.IO, a service to access information on cryptocurrency mining and to offer the possibility of renting computing power used to mine cryptocurrencies. Before signing an agreement, it is necessary to accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use, accept the General Rental Conditions, accept the Price Index disclaimer and make the payment in due time.
The use of INSERT-COIN.IO is made available free of charge by INSERT COIN SAGL. Registration to INSERT-COIN.IO does not involve any cost until the time of stipulation of a Mining Rental Agreement and the acceptance of the respective Rental General Conditions (CGA), or of an Individual Agreement.
Duration: The duration of the account on INSERT-COIN.IO is not subject to a time limit. The registration entitles the user to access services, promotions and/or agreements, which can be stipulated individually at any time. Each service and/or agreement is individual and valid exclusively from the time of confirmation of the latter by INSERT COIN SAGL.
INSERT COIN SAGL processes all of your personal data for the purpose of providing the Services, for the administration and management of the Agreements, for invoicing, and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). INSERT COIN SAGL may request an update and/or the compilation of personal data required for the provision of the Services and Agreements, at any time. INSERT COIN SAGL deliberately chooses to inform the customer that the data collected shall not be used, transferred, or sold to third parties in Switzerland or abroad for advertising or for profitable purposes. Each user is responsible for the truthfulness of the personal information provided at the time of registration, or at a later time. The creation and management of accounts on INSERT-COIN.io with the personal data of others, without legal authorization, is prohibited.
Changes: INSERT COIN SAGL may change its services or any part thereof, the GTCC, the CGA, the IDP and any other information submitted jointly with an individual Agreement stipulated, at any time. You will be duly notified in advance through the contact methods provided at the time of the registration, or in any subsequent updates of personal data, giving priority to e-mail as a method of communication. Transferability: Each account is personal and cannot, therefore, be sold, transferred or exchanged in any manner.
Each user is responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided, the authenticity of
the data requested, representing himself/herself or a third party within legal terms, and
warrants to be the owner of the funds and the means of payment used to make payments
related to the Services and/or Agreements. INSERT COIN SAGL reserves the right to
request confirmation of the personal data provided and the means of payment. INSERT
COIN SAGL reserves the right to suspend the carrying out of new subscriptions for variable
periods of time, upon their sole discretion, whether dependent or independent from the
user's will.
The non-compliant use of the service is punishable by suspending and/or deactivating the
account.
INSERT COIN SAGL hereby grants for the duration of the agreement, the non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the services in accordance with the agreement. All related intellectual property rights shall remain the exclusive property of INSERT COIN SAGL, or of the grantor of the related license.
All agreements are subject to Swiss law. The applicable court of jurisdiction is Bellinzona or Lugano, or the consumer's domicile.

INSERT COIN SAGL makes available to the user INSET-COIN.IO, a service to access
information on cryptocurrency mining and to offer the possibility of renting computing
power used to mine cryptocurrencies. Before signing an agreement, you must create your
own account using your personal data, accept these General Rental Conditions, accept
the General Terms and Conditions of Use, accept the Price Index disclaimer and make
payment in due time.
Receipt of payments: The user (you) agrees to share an address for receiving their
cryptocurrency payments, stating that they are the sole holder. The accuracy of the
address (or public key), its updating and the securing of private keys are the responsibility
of the user (you).
Frequency of payments: INSERT COIN SAGL transmits mined profits to its users daily.
Daily payments are only possible for amounts greater than 0.05 ZEC. Rental Agreements
whose daily production of ZEC does not reach 0.05 ZEC, will receive payment only upon
reaching the minimum daily payment amount. INSERT COIN SAGL prohibits the use of
cryptocurrencies for illicit or illegal purposes. Nevertheless, the latter shall not be liable for
user's potential use of cryptocurrencies produced through the mining service.
Price: The price of the service is linked to the Swiss Franc CHF.
Payment: It is possible to pay for the service by bank transfer in Swiss Francs CHF,
Euro EUR (SEPA) or American Dollars USD, through PayPal or in cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, ZEC). The
reference price is expressed in Swiss Francs CHF, any other price indicated in a different
currency is to be considered converted at the current exchange rate.
Guarantee on revenue: The mining contract is to be considered unlimited till the total mined does not correspond to at least the guaranteed profit. The guaranteed profit is expressed exclusively in Swiss Francs (CHF).
The guaranteed return on contracts with a duration of 1 year is 4.2% of the total cost. For contracts with a duration of 2 years the guaranteed profit is 8.4% and for contracts with a 3-year duration is 12.6%.
ASIC PROTECTION - ACTIVE - 70%
Currently, prices for Sol/s are lowered by 70% and a hashrate compensation is paid to all active subscriptions in relation to the percentage discount. This clause is active as long as it is possible to mine with ASIC on the ZCash network, so temporary .
The ZCash network will be monitored daily and the percentage will be updated with a 7 days notice (on the web pages and by email to users).
Promotions: Promotions and offers of a limited term
and availability may be carried out. The use of promotional codes (COUPON) has limited
validity and may be subject to the user's identity.
Duration: Rental Agreements are available for a period of one year, two years, or three
years. Each agreement year is equivalent to 365 days and 6 hours of ACTIVE service.
Agreement activation time: The time that elapses from the time the service is paid, and
when it is activated, varies and may depend on factors independent of the will of INSERT
COIN SAGL to provide the best service in the shortest possible time. If conditions arise for
which the activation of the service should not be immediate, the agreement will be
considered valid but INACTIVE, becoming ACTIVE solely when an operating machine is
assigned. The activation date is to be considered the beginning of the ACTIVE agreement.
BONUS TIME counting and recovery: During the lifetime of the equipment used, it is
necessary to have a time of deactivation of the equipment to allow for upgrades,
maintenance or logistics activities. Such deactivation time is called BONUS TIME and is
counted in minutes for each individual machine. All the BONUS TIME accumulated during
the performance of each Rental Agreement is counted and returned to the holder of the
Agreement at the end of the agreed term.
Cancellation: INSERT COIN SAGL may at any time make
INACTIVE or cancel a Rental Agreement or Individual Agreement, informing the user (you)
and proceeding with a partial or full refund, both for contractual reasons and for reasons of
force majeure.
Renewal of the agreement: The renewal of the agreement is not automatic. It is not
possible to renew a Rental Agreement once its term is over, but rather, it is possible to
create a new one at any time.
